We verified online before going that the Appleton East store inventory had 5 outdoor umbrella clothes dryers in stock. Went in today and had 2 very nice/helpful employees looking for these which didn't exist anywhere in the store. The store referred me to Appleton West Home Depot, which had 2 in stock. Luckily I called and they set one aside for us. Made the extra trip over there and purchased it, to get it home and it is broken in the packaging. Very frustrating experience as I now need to make a 3rd trip for nothing.
A shout out to the electrician on Westhill Blvd. who got our ceiling fan working. Thought we had to buy a new fan when the chain broke and he said there was a part to fix it. Told us how to get it apart and bring it in and he put the part in. A big thank you. Great employee to represent your company.
