I have taken my children to the Home Depot at least 20+ yrs ago. Now my daughter is taking hers too. Plus her BFFs kids too. She now carries on the tradition. Thank You Home Depot for all of the work that goes into this and the teaching them how to use some basic tools. Love, Grandma Maria
We waited about 15 min until we received any help.
On April 4th my husband and I bought a 5 piece Statesville 5 pc dining set, with umbrella and additional lounge chair. First we had delivery problems, then when we were putting the set together, the last chair's right arm-- one the bolts wouldn't tighten up. When we opened the base for the umbrella it was chipped in one corner. We contacted the company that make the set, so far they have sent two incorrect chair arms. Purchased this top of the line toilet recently @ the Appleton Home Depot store. Opened it to install it & found the most disgustingly, filthy toilet. My husband removed two grasshoppers before I could snap a pic, leaving one for me to capture. Ugh. Doesn't appear I can attach the pics in this review. I'll find another method
4 weeks ago our daughter purchased a new Samsung washer and dryer from Home Depot in Appleton WI(approx. cost for both was $1600.00). 9 minutes into the first wash cycle the wash machine quit working. Service came, can not fix, wrong parts ordered, can not diagasnose etc. . She has gotten alot of run AROUND...Bottom line is 4 weeks and she still does not have a working washer..thank you for the SHIT product Samsung and the good for shit customer service Home Depot of Appleton.
