I wanted to buy a dishwasher the dishwasher I was looking at was $900 it was in stock ready to buy. I wanted it installed. They said in order to have it installed they would have to order it and in order to order it would cost me a additional $60 on top of the $160 to have it installed. so I went somewhere else

you are crooks! opened a credit card with you scumbags, because you said I would get 25 bucks. got the tarp I needed, didnt end up. needing it so I brought it back. balance should be 0. actually I should have a 25 dollar credit. you crooks sent me a bill with a late fee. the person I spoke to was rude and I paid the dam thing and told him to cancel the card. this was over a month ago. Every one in the store is very helpful.
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service both online and in-store. As a frequent customer, until this improves significantly I will be shopping elsewhere. The Appleton East side is the worst of all!
