It's just an OK place. They have building materials if you can get it out of the store. Went to pick up a pre paid order. Parked at the lumber contractors end. I was there to pick up prefabricated fence. I went in and asked if the order was done. I was then refered to customer service desk. There I find 5 people which one started to help me. He called for someone 4 times with no response. Come to find out only 3 people have a key to unlock the chains they have to keep on everything. Knowing that area Im surprised the blocks ... read more
You started to charge 25cents lumber cuts. When and why?
when you put in an expensive online order to be picked up at 3:30, show up at 4, and its not ready. the front desk lies and says "its currently being pulled." i walk back to the plumbing aisle and 5 minutes later find the employee pulling the first item. not only not ready, but lied about it being in process. currently sitting at the front desk waiting. had a few hundred dollars more to spend while i was here, but im just gonna grab my items and head on down to lowes and spend my money there.
Terrible customer service after they take your money and do the work. No response after I paid 6x the normal install price for a custom install and got quality that I could have done myself from crew 2.
