My mom bought a fridge first one shelf was shattered had to take back! Then wait over a week for another one that she paid to have installed they left it on her front porch and walked away after giving her a 5 minute before call! Fridge 2 was broken and her food is not cold! Mind you today is the 2nd day of none stop calling because they don't care to fix the PROBLEM THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR! To Whom it May Concern, I just had a very bad experience at Home Depot, Store #2011. I ordered a grill, grill cover, and two lawn items this afternoon and went to pick the items up at 4:30 pm EST. I used the curbside pick-up so that my daughter nor I had to get out of the truck around anyone else. I really love the DIY workshops for kids here on N. Post Road Indianapolis, The ladies that attended them are very sweet and nice! Wish there was more information on the DIY for adults like the cost of the project etc. I have called multiple times and no one has a clue what I'm asking about! I want to go to the one on March 21, Succulent Frame, but have no clue of the price range!!!! I'm sure if you guys include a price range more people will show up because you guys have some great DIY workshops!

We had countertops installed last year which was a big pain to begin with. Now there is a huge crack in the countertop and it has been over a week and they still can't manage to figure out who to call to have it looked at and fixed. They keep passing the buck and saying "we need to look at the paper work." They need someone to teach them to read.
Mike and Ron in the paint department helped me. I was here on Saturday night t 8pm.
