Went in for lament flooring. Was quoted no more than $1,800.00 for a living room, bedroom and bathroom. By the time they came out for the measure and all their little add on items it was over $2,500.00. I really wouldn't recommend going to home depot for any flooring need. Especially the home depot on Gratiot Rd in Saginaw. Very disappointed in their so called 'customer service'. The store manager is no help either.
Most employees... very knowledgeable, some ... not so much
Very disappointed! Carpet installation has been a constant nightmare for the past 4 months. Visible seams in front of the living room patio door and in the hallway. Now they say the new carpet is "tolerable" and a "normal problem" so they won't replace or refund. Very sad that an attorney has had to be contacted over this poor installation and worse customer service.
