They are very helpful, friendly, and great to deal with. They are also Veteran friendly. Will always go here.....
Multi serve they use to install there doors are horrible. I will never go back or use them for my household needs. Seal-rite, Home Depot and Multi serve just past the blame to each other and don’t own up or compensate for there mistakes. Been 6 months since I’ve order a door and still isn’t right no ETA when it’s going to get done. Terrible customer service from all of those company’s.
Big shout-out to the Shields Home Depot! After we received a defective new range (that we ordered online . . . not from the local store) and couldn't figure out how to get help, we called the local store to see if they could help. Appliance associate, Terri, didn't pass us along, but took ownership and got us help. Within the hour, Matt (the manager) called back and said a replacement had already been ordered. We had the best experience today at your store! A huge shout out to Matt who was working in the lumber department. He went so far above and beyond for our family today. He helped us find all of the different sizes of lumber we needed, made many cuts, and helped me plan out a last minute addition to our project. On top of all of this he was so helpful and patient with our cranky toddler! He went out of his way to keep him happy and entertained while my husband and I worked through our shopping list. We went to the Home Depot in Shields because it is close to our house and we were just ready to get our carpeting ordered and have that part of a room renovation taken care of. We were not even going to shop around. Home Depot was guaranteed our money, BUT after walking around the flooring department for quite a while with no worker around my husband walked up to customer service and asked if they could get someone for us. Customer Service needs a real update! Cannot say enough about the training that is needed.
Love the workshops that they have for the children every month.
Enough said about my carpet that they won't back when it is full of snags after 2 weeks. They tell me they don't know why and you out of luck....never again..
