Spent thousands at this store, ordered carpet recently, messed up order several times,delayed delivery, workers laid carpet til after 11 pm, tried contacting managers, district, telling issues, nobody cared because they had our money! Very disappointed! Wrong quotes, promises, dates, everything messed up, nobody cared to hear my story and problems because they had their money!! Horrible customer service, or caring for the customer and their problems that were caused from all their mistakes!!!!!
The staff at this Home Depot are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I've always had an excellent experience here.
