Waited in the store for over an hour to order new carpet because they were poorly staffed and the only sales associate they had on was running her butt off. Was "guaranteed" installation in 7 days. It's not been 2 weeks and when I called the manager blamed it on the installation company. Probably true that the hold up's on there end but she offered me no help and was completely unprofessional as is the installation company not returning my phone calls. Never shopping here again.
I would like to say thank you to home depot and super dave as he's known here at the store in bay city mi. I was buying paint to redo my daughters room as a surprise for her as she was diagnosed with leukemia recently and will be going threw chemo and i just wanted her to have her dream room. Dave helped me pick everything and some supplies were donated to help. He was the most kind and caring man. And showed my other daughters who were with me how great people can be. Thank you home depot and Dave at the bay city mi store �
The kids workshops are excellent! My boys had a great time and fun learning with tools!
NEVER buy anything from Home Depot we got a washer and dryer from there and they hooked the washer up and stripped the threads on the back and the house blew off and water went everywhere and they won't do anything about it and won't bring us a new one or come fix it until they "LOOK" at it I even called corporate and they won't do anything and the guys that came and hooked it up stole the houses and the vent tube I bought from menards to hook up our old ones
I have never been treated with so much disrespect. My boyfriend and I went into the store to buy a $50 gift card, and we used the u-scan. The two ladies running the u-scan sat there and started talking rudely about us. They said "I can only imagine what the gift card is for. I want to see her I.D." I paid for my gift card, when I went to walk away, the woman backed me up, cornered me, and started demanding to see my I.D. I told her I didn't have it.
