So I was working on my moms van today and I decided to use these husky jack stands I bought from homedepot in bay city. Yes I was using them right. they snapped in half. I think you should remove this from your store. Thank God I didn't get hurt. #huskytool #homedepot
Was just there to get a 5 gallon on Killz oil base Primer and asked them to shake it for me. The guy took it out of my cart and brought it behind the counter. Here I thought he put it in the machine to shake it. Nope some lady walks behind as the guy walked away she was standing there then I see her pick up the primer and put it on the side shelf. Great customer service! I drove my grandma to do a return for a heavy item. I went inside for a flat cart. As I tried to figure out how I was going to move the heavy item out of my minivan, Matt saved the day. He was gathering carts, but he called out to us that he could help. He moved it onto the cart and pushed it inside the store for us. He took the time to try and find us a replacement item not just at his store, but for two other stores within driving distance. Tried to return some laminate flooring in place of another another brand but couldn’t find my receipt. I was denied a return without a receipt or even given a store credit. Was ready to spend over $1,000 but took my business to Lowe’s instead. Poor customer service
