I made an order about dec 5 2018,, they claimed it would be avail dec 17,,, its now ,, jan 14 2019,,, they never called to tell me the order was in. I called them today, they said the order was cancelled,,,,wth???? why wasnt I told?? They charged my credit card within a few days of the order, its now six weeks later, no products. Called them and got the runaround by the first guy, the manager says he will look into it,,,I sure hope so. Usually find what I need and am in and out quickly.
Home Depot refuses to honor all forms of veteran identification. Only those with a VA medical card qualify for their discount. Those of us with private insurance aren't worthy. I will shop elsewhere from now on unless I have absolutely no other choice.
Ordered 700.00 dryer online...fulfilled by Bay City store..nothing but problems with delivery, parts, and install. Store very difficult to deal with. Told me online sales are final and unable to process return! Never again will I do business with this establishment!
All we did was buy paint but the one guy who works in the paint department was awesome (he was bald, sorry couldnt remember name) and is the reason we'll be coming back to buy more when needed.
