RecommendedYour checkouts should have disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer available. Especially considering your process requires you to touch the scan wand AND touch the screen to pay instead of touch less pay. Or the worker who was standing there doing nothing could have been disinfecting the checkout areas as customers leave.
The cashier at the u-scan asked me 5 times if i rang up the paint. And did not stop until i hit the back button to show her it was on the screen. Just nuts that I had to go thru all that to buy stuff from your store. I will never shop here again for my personal useage or my companies needs.

Terrible customer experience with no manager involvement!! Promised my order that was lost, when shipped to this location, would be here today! Yet I received an email stating it just shipped today and it will not be in for another five business days! Unacceptable
the Manager was very Helpful. think her name was Shelly. explained what happened and she agreed and i was on my way always have had good Service in Bay city.
