Went in for a bathroom remodel and it got nowhere. We practically designed the bathroom ourselves and then we never heard back after several attempts. We went to lowes and now have a beautiful bathroom. Will never give Home Depot another dollar.
We found moldy 2×4's. The others were not even straight. I guess we will be going to Lowe's.
Bad policy!!! My wife bought me a pressure washer for Christmas but I decided I wasn't going to need it until summer. So I took it back 28 days after it was purchased. Unfortunately the fine print say no returns on gas powered equipment after 30 days. It was never opened. If was paid by cash and visa. They would give me visa return but not cash back. Had to get store credit. Makes no sense. I'm glad Lowes is couple miles away. Lost customer. Thanks John.
