my disabled cousin worked for the home depot in Pottstown for 10 1/2 year and not once did they give her a raise or anything. She just recently resigned from her job for a better paying job because she was making 10 dollars an hour. After 10 years, they were only paying her 10 an hour... The same rate she was offered when she was hired. This is disgusting. If your looking for a career. HOME DEPOT is not the company to work for. there is no room for advancement.

Came for curbside pickup and called the number they have posted. Guess what? Sat there for over 20 minutes of the phone ringing and no help. Once in a while Lori would answer and just transfer us to you guessed it more ringing phones. I finally had to go inside. On my way in a man stopped me and asked if I was curbside I told we have been waiting for someone to answer for over 20 minutes. Purchase a grill online NOT assembled. Get to store when pick up is ready to be given a grill that's bot only assembled but also RUSTY! I tell the girl that is not what I ordered. her response "well it has your name on it" I said it's not mine it should be in a box. I of course have to now wait......how long.......20 minutes! to be brought the grill I actually ordered.......to top things off no one even offered to assist with getting it into my car.......great customer service home depot. I hope everyone goes to LOWES!
Placed an order for pick up. No order updates, can’t get through on the phone bc it just hangs up on you, long hold times w corporate. Canceled my order and I’m happy to give my business to a local company. Don’t know why I ordered from here in the first place. Worst service ever, pandemic or not. Get it together!
This place seriously sucks. Tried asking an employee about the curbside pickup and he said call the sign and walked away. Told him I did call it just rings and rings. He didn’t answer me and kept walking. I spent thousands at this store in the past few weeks since pandemic. I’ll just go to Lowe’s.
Literally the most ignorant people I’ve dealt with in the business. As a business owner in the home remodeling field that lives in Limerick I’d rather drive to the King of Prussia store than come here. Everybody looks at you like you have five heads
We placed an online order (on Tuesday) for some mulch and stones to be delivered. We paid $80 for next day delivery. It was NOT delivered. My husband called at 7am the next day (the day after it was supposed to be delivered) and sat on hold for an hour. Then was told our order would not be here till Monday (a day shy of a week from order). Aid they have over 700 orders for delivery. How is that MY problem? Stop offering next day delivery then.
