We have a wood bed and are waitinf on our mattress delivery when I realized the center support rails were the size for a full bed and ordered a queen size mattress. I took the existing rails in and needed it 7 inches longer. The guys there (sorry I didn't get their names) were so nice to me and my toddler. They found something to work in my price range and cut it for me and put it in my cart too. Home Depot must be working on customer service because a few years ago people were not as friendly and helpful...and i mean in gen... read more
Superior customer service! Went in to purchase a table saw, router, etc. and SONNY, who is extremely knowledgable, went above and beyond to help! He immediately stopped what he was doing and patiently spent time explaining and answering questions. We finally made our purchases as the store was closing and instead of shooing us out, SONNY walked us to our SUV and helped us load everything in- What rare and excellent customer service!
I will never ever step foot into another Home Depot again, I went in tonight to purchase a new dishwasher which happened to be on sale I also told them I have a military discount in which I was told I can not have the sale price and military discount I then asked for a manger who said I couldn't have both bc that would be double dipping...seriously my husband was killed in Iraq I have earned my discount regardless of sale items I went to lowes bought my dishwasher for the same price and got my discount good bye Home Depot
