Great location right off 422! Very close to Sanatoga exit! Never hard to find a parking spot there and their screw section is phenomenal!
I just wish I didn't have to look over the whole store for what I need. no one but the cashier helped me.
Be accountable for the products you sell your customers, especially if they purchase appliances and they break right away. It's not acceptable to not make things right.
Placed an order for local delivery. The delivery date comes and goes and no one ever shows up for the delivery. I reach out to someone and they say "Sorry, it will be out the next day". Next day comes and goes, same thing! I finally called again today and they said "Sorry, something is wrong with the order we'll try and get it out as soon as possible. I have now wasted 4 days waiting for this and I have a job to complete. Their service department is a joke and has not offered any actual help.
Virtually everything 4/5th of this store does, I(or any half educated capitalist) would do differently. Idk why a company so against socialism, continually (almost 10years now), pays 4/5 of it's staff when only 1/5 actually does ANY work... the 5(+) managers(in under 9yrs) have change nothing for the noticable better... PROMOTE FROM WITHIN, STOP HANDING JOBS TO YOUR SOCIALIST INNER CIRCLE
Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to go back again.
