Sometimes it is ok. Others days you have to hunt down people for help. Some cashiers are super friendly; others not so much. As for getting what I need; not had a problem.
I will never do any business with Home Depot. Bought carpet lots of carpet paid in full and they spent 3 minutes pulling up limonite flooring (that we were told was included) now they want to charge me. Wont happen agian.
One visit here and I remember why I usually go to Lowes.
The customer service stinks. The man cutting wood didn't know what he was doing and the older lady that checked us out had a nasty attitude. We definitely won't be back. We will stick with the Eastside Home Depot.
Costumer service sucks. They waisted 2h of my time to figure out they don't have fence pickets in Stock that I had already paid for
