Buyer beware. Asked for cabinet recommendation and Brittany suggested Home Decorators Cabinetry, a mid-point semi-custom cabinets. Should have done my research. This company is owned by Home Depot
We rented a piece of equipment from Home Depot, rental process was easy and smooth, Employee at the store was very nice and hooked up the equipment and trailer to my husbands truck. With my husband putting the safety chains on and nothing else. He headed out and all was well and good. Fast forward to returning the equipment and the trailer disconnected from the truck, mind you, a Home Depot associate hooked the trailer to the truck. I’m a 73 yr old lady � that was in the store today trying to make a purchase of a step ladder .. 1 cashier was present but was having a problem so I went to the service desk 5 ppl were there but they were busy talking , I finally got my ladder , I asked for help out which took another 15 min . It’s getting as bad as Walmart !! I’ll spend my money somewhere else
