their delivery team is the worst! 😡 just bring it home yourself.
I'll be taking my business to Lowes until HD gets a better delivery company. HD knows their delivery company is subpar and still chooses to use them. To me, that makes it clear that customer satisfaction is not important to them, at all.
We had a gas range delivered Friday, 7/13/2018. The delivery person had trouble hooking up the gas, (actually broke a fitting) and left. So we have a new range sitting in the middle of the kitchen and they tell me it will be Friday....the 20th before they can get back! I'm very unhappy! My husband said if we hadn't let them haul off our old stove, he would pack-up this new one and take it back to them!
How the management in this store survives is beyond belief. They have absolutely no control of their personnel and the customer service is horrible, I go back every year to see if it has changed but it is still as bad as it was 10 years ago. No more.
Dont consider them ever if you are thinking about having your cabinets refaced. Had the guy come out and quote me $13,500!! Like I could get all new cabinets for less than that!! What did the guy think, that a woman alone was dumb enough to pay that outrageous price!! Oh hell no! I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from you. You might be ok for a few things but never will I use any of your crazy services!
Shopping for a washing machine, girl behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to stop playing on her cell phone long enough to help me. I’ll spend my hard earned money somewhere there’s actual customer service.

Went to purchase 7- 80 pound bags of Sakrete. Employee stood and watched me struggle. He walked off when I asked for help. When time to load in my truck the employee there said he could only help if I pulled under the awning. No way due to the idiots who make that their private parking place. Had to load it myself. By the way, I have 6 stents in my heart so thanks a bunch.
