The customer service I received today was outstanding. Mike went out of his way on his day off to help correct an order that was damaged. Eric helped me order doors for our basement and again went out of his way to help me finding other items.
Perhaps an odd "review" but it does mean my family will be doing lots of Home Depot shopping soon bc of a kindness, that matters very much! My pug Tallulah can't walk very well since she had surgery on her spine 2 years ago, she's only just been given wheels to allow her freedom she's been missing for so long..and she loves them! Received excellent service while in the store. Employees were able to direct me to the items we were looking for and say if the item was sold in store. Also, picked up an online order. The service desk was full if helpful employees. Thank you for making our visit easy!
Given your CEO's bigoted position regarding immigration, I will never be purchasing from Home Depot again.
Such poor customer service. Went in today to order blinds. The worker walked past me as I'm standing right next to their desk where they were just helping another guy order blinds to help the guy behind me and walked off with him. 5 min later the customer was helped and left and the worker never came back. Stood there looking for assistance for another 20 min with no help. Quite disappointed in the way you treat your customers.
Tonight when I arrived at the Urbandale Home Depot store and searched for a parking spot I noticed something very different about there parking lot. In fact I have never seen it any where before. This Home Depot has decided to offer reserved parking for those who have been wounded in combat "Purple Heart Recipients". I always knew Home Depot was a huge supported of men and women in uniform, but this really impressed me. Consider me a life long customer and thank you for your support!
