Waited 15 minutes for the kitchen countertop representatives. Both were assisting another customer. Which we understood they were busy at that moment. When they finished assisting her; they both promptly got up and walked away. Never asking if we needed assistance or help with anything. We were planning to discuss Cambria quartz counters for our kitchen. But guess they didn’t want our business.... We will purchase elsewhere.
I just patiently waited for over an hour, asked for help multiple times, was told “ this isn’t my department, but I’ll send someone over” no one ever came. I found the person working in the flooring department only to be rudely brushed aside for another 25 minutes. When it was all said and done it took your employee 5 seconds to scan the tag that read “available in stock” only to find out the product has been out of stock and discontinued for over a month. Thank you for wasting my time
Walked the store for 22 minutes before greeted or asked if we found everything? Waited 18 minutes and 4 people to cut down 2 blinds. Empty shelves and boxes everywhere and out of product. Not a pleasant experience at all — with Timothy Clay Alston.
excellent service today, in and out pretty quick. they have done a nice job under the circumstances.
Horrible service. We purchased at dishwasher and when the came to install 9 days later they wouldn't do the install because it is next to a lazy susan, which they never asked about at the time of purchase. I know have to find an installer on my own and wait another week plus before having a working dishwasher. Installers also didn't wear masks or gloves which I believe are a requirement at this time.
We watched one of your employees be rude to several people in a very short amount of time. He started by yelling at the guy counting people. He was yelling at him from about 30 feet away to cut it off at 100 people. All he had to do was walk a little closer and talk to him like a human. We then watched him be very snippy with a lady in the lawn furniture area. We were in line and watched him snap and yell at a guy who seemed to be just asking a question. We received horrible service from one of your employees. Named Marilyn, she refused to helps us with our purchase for our home remodeling. We felt we were treated unfairly. We will never visit your store ever again. Her actions need to corrected. Have a great day
