We come to Home Depot almost weekly being our whole house is being remodeled. Over the past month the knowledge and customer service has drastically gone down hill. Today was really the final straw. We took our dog with us like normal and now there’s a big sign saying no pets. Home Depot was known for allowing well behaved dogs now out of no where it’s prohibited.
So amazing! The employees here have gone above and beyond for me in the past month. They care about their customers so much and I have been sooooo over the moon impressed with how I have been treated! Happy Holidays to Jeramie and the staff at Home Depot Urbandale!!!!!
If you want your new quartz countertop to look like the enclosed photos go to Home Depot. They don’t tell you they are going to seam it but they do and they do it anyplace they want. Not where it makes sense or is aesthetically pleasing. Plus they like zig-zag seams. Enlarge photos Do they stand behind their work and mfg why yes they do. Do they stand behind the customer...no they don’t. They have also lost about an $8,000 appliance order.
I’m done shopping at the Home Depot! Bought a Milwaukee impact online on May 21st. Use this daily for my job, it just quit working August 9th. I thought no worries I will exchange it at my local Home Depot. WRONG answer! What a hassle to try working with these folks. No exchange, no refund, I can send it to mfr. 6-8 weeks. Had the WORST experience at Home Depot on Plum Dr in Urbandale. I, actually, left there crying. After an hour of trying to return something they ended up telling me that my receipt was fraudulent. I can't believe it. I'm SO stunned. I'll never go back there.
Hates Vets... so.many better stores this place sucks
