As always the service at the home depot store in urbandale sucks. They have a strong crew in the customer service desk, who solved my challenges with the rest of the staff including a middle manager, who as i walked into the faux pro desk door, he was being dressed down by another customer. I explained to the middle manager that my goal was to make some returns, spend a few thousand dollars and leave as soon as possible, I was paying a crew $100 a hour while i wasted my time. so the manager tells me he is going on break and ... read more
Tori went above & beyond today helping us with all our purchases for our bathroom remodel. The selection was awesome & we are now customers for life!!
We love the Home Depot kids workshop!! My kids had a blast
Everything is of high quality and great pricing. The one new advantage is they are not like their competitor Lowe's who no long accepts Government/Military issued proof of military service. Lowe's now makes those who want the military discount to enroll in their exclusive program in order to track what is bought at their stores. Thank you Home Depot for honoring our military service and honoring our issued Identification without strings attached.
On the day of 09-02-2017, I went to Home Depot to get some stuff to fix my house They charge me over 3000$. I didn't realize that until my credit card come back. Then I come back to the store to talk about it , all they do is to return the money without saying sorry. They keep me there for a long time make me feel like it were my fault or I was trying to steel there money. This is the 2nd time that this happened. I don't trust Home Depot anymore.
Awful!! Couldn't find what we were looking for so went to customer service counter - she was to bustlyvto come over to the counter so she asked loudly from the back corner what we needed. Told her she said yes only place CD e would be down that was maybe tools area. Went down to tools area still couldnt find it so asked a guy there. Without even looking or stoping what he was working on was no don't have it go to customer service! REALLY! Amazon won no $ for Home Depot from me.
Store violated the returns policy posted at its return counter. Demanded drivers license, which I refused because Home Depot had just settled a class action data breach lawsuit in 2016. Drove home, got passport and went back to store to make the return.
Just had the best experience here. Tina and Tom helped me surprise my husband with an early Christmas present. They had the idea for the sign and bows...thank you so much!!!
