I could not believe what I saw this morning. I saw a worker in the garden area who was an older, smaller gentleman loading bags of mulch or dirt on to a trailer for a customer, while a big, young guy sitting on a forklift a few feet away just watched him. From what I could hear, the customer didn't want the pallet placed on his trailer so they had to load them all by hand. I went in today and approached Customer Return counter with some paint wife had purchased. Needed to return it and buy another. Bearded young man behind counter was very professional and quick. Whomever is the manager there......he is one you want representing your store. Keep up the great work!
My Dad went to this Home Depot for chains to hang bird feeders, asked for help three times and no one ever came to help!!! It's the worst Home Depot around! Very poor customer service!
I am very disappointed in my Home Depot. I registered for a DIY class online a few days ago. I went to Home Depot today for the class and no one knew anything about it. Eventually they passed me off to an employee in plumbing to answer any questions I had. I had hoped to attend a demonstration of installing faucets.
Home depot is awesome.. Love going here to get whatever it may be
