Everybody is always willing to help here. I love this place.
Love my flooring, but waited 1HOUR for it after the lady said you may have to wait 3-5 minutes!!!!! They apparently need a new system cause they couldn't find 20 cases of flooring!

I waited almost an hour for the only person in the whole store that could cut the carpet I wanted.
5 if they had had the paint I wanted, so 4. Employees were helpfull but talked to each other alot about personal stuff.
GREAT customer service and availability when I had questions.
I came in today and was approached by a young lady by the name of Brandy she asked if i needed help which i did since no one would help and by this time i was in tears. She was extremely helpful with everything on my list. By the time i left the store she had me smiling and laughing. This young lady definitely deserves 5 stars along with a big hug. Because of her i will surely be back. Way to go young lady.
