I went to purchase a BBQ pit for my fiancé, Josh, and they went above and beyond when it came to excellent customer service... from the friendly face that greeted me when I walked in the door (lower right), the 2 gentlemen that helped me with my purchase & disassemble (far back center and blue shirt) to the 2 remaining guys who came to help load it up! It originally did not fit and they all made sure that I was going to be leaving with that pit for my man!... read more
Absolutely the worst customer service. Waited for someone to help us for iver 1 hour. Then had to order washer and they told us when delivered to the store we have a 30 min window to pick up. Really we live over a hour away.
Oh my goodness there air conditioning isn't working.Really it's like really hot not safe for employees are customers..We spend enough money here.To walk in out of the heat to a even hotter place..

Their website says they have 172 4x4x10 pressure treated lumber in house . When you get there the inventory is ZERO . tHIS IS GETTING TO BE REGULAR .
