As an old associate for home depot very sad to see how the customer service has gone downhill throughout the years I had to go and ask someone for assistance after 4 Associates past me and not one person greeted me or even say if I needed help
Out of stock and the help is useless. Showed an employee a cam lock and her response was "what is that".
Worst customer service ever will not recommend to anyone. They tell you wrong information on everything. Don't let that lady in appliances fool you she don't know what's she's talking about. Also they don't respect your private information.
They have absolutely the lowest customer service and help that you can get. They only employ minimum wage people with no experience and no knowledge, they do not teach them anything.
A nice place in the shopping mall and it is closer to Valley Plaza. They are good customer service....
