Went in looking for vinyl patching for some stone stairs, employee said store did not carry and suggested some patching items in tubes. I explained that I had a sizable hole and again asked will this (leveling compound) work with a hole. The guy confirmed the recommended item would work. The 1 star should be explanation enough because it did not work and now my stone stairs are even more damaged.
Only one Checkout open for lumber. Customers three deep and Employees walking by and made no eye contact with us let alone opening another register. No one to help me load lumber, again they walked by and if ores me. Other customers had the same problem. This isn't the first time I had this expirence.
First time in and went in to get info on the flooring deal/special that had posted up on the outside of the building. We walk over by flooring to look and find out info and there were 3 employees.. 2 ladies and one guy standing in the main isle between the flooring and kitchen setups just gabbing away doing nothing. Saying the service here is awful would imply that you can actually get service. Had to track down an employee and have them call for someone to help me buy a grill THREE times and never got help. A 2 minute drive to Sears and I had a grill, no problem.
