Customer service is awesome! Replaced my umbrella “rib” that was put of warranty for 2 months.
Not as hectically busy as the west side location and YES, THE HOT DOG STAND IS OPEN TODAY even though half the city has shut down due to the winter storm and brutally cold temperature. Best Chicago-style hot dogs, hot Italian beef sandwiches, chili dogs, and Polish sausages around!
I have tried twice to pay my bill at this store. The first time took forever and I thought the cashier was new. This time it was a regular cashier and again couldn't get it to work. No more shopping here.

Came to pay for door and install and no one in the building knows how to charge them out. The only manager there would not come talk to us. Sad that a multi million dollar business has no leadership in the store on a Sunday. Unhappy card holder !!!! Lost my business today. Corporate office. You need to fix this fast.

I stopped today for PVC pipe. Jim was happy to help and cut numerous pieces for me and didn’t charge a cutting fee because it was a school project. Happy Teacher� and soon to be Happy Students!
Never ordering from Home Depot again!! They have a broken system. I placed a flooring order on 5/15. Expected arrival to store was 5/25-5/30. I called on 5/31 and it wasn’t in store yet. I went in on 6/4 and there it was. I asked when it was delivered and was told they couldn’t see that information. I asked if I hadn’t gone in when I’d be notified. I went into Home Depot today with a vague idea of a triple bunk doll bed I wanted to build for my best friends daughters 7th birthday. Your employee Mary went above and beyond to help me. She assisted me in picking the best wood, design and nails for the project! She was amazing. So a HUGE shoutout to Mary!
