Had an appointment to order counter tops,sink and faucets. Nancy was way helpfull. New what questions to ask, and went out of her way to make our time together a enjoyable experience. Nice job Home Depot.I'll be back.
Lost a lifetime customer who spend more than all your employees salaries combined over a $5 part.
I waited at least 20 minutes for some help at Homedepot today, this being after I went to customer service to ask for it. No one came, and I ended up figuring out my question on my own. (Thanks Google.) Had to ask an employee to do their job and ring me up, because flooring isn't exactly a self checkout purchase. So sorry to interrupt what was obviously a riveting conversation between employees who straight up ignored every single customer around them.
I have always been happy with this location. They usually have what I want when I can't find it elsewhere. We love the ability to rent trucks when necessary, and have always had good service.
My husband and several other customers were turned away a couple minutes after 6 this evening by employees locking up for the night. It was pointed out that the sign said the store was open until 7 on Sundays. The employees didn't care. If we didn't need something badly, my husband wouldn't have rushed to get to the store prior to the 7 P. M. closing time. We'll be taking our business elsewhere and advise friends and family to do the same.
I am very disappointed in Home Depot at the moment! They sent someone to measure for a privacy fence on July 31st. He said we would get an email with estimate in 2 days. It is now August 2nd and no estimate! We have called several times with no results!
