Good selection and mostly helpful staff. Only downside was that help was hard to find when loading large items and no military discount on a promotional refrigerator, for reasons the cashier could not explain.
You could start by doing background checks on your contractors. Next you might want to determine if they have any qualifications to install anything other than a new trash bag. My parents spent $600.00 on a shower door. It would take pages to explain how bad the job was done. So if Home Depot recommends a Keith A. Zartman, don't ever use him for anything. Shame on you Home Depot....
0 star Very bad customer service. We had to have our tile entirely redone because they didn’t leveling the floor. They did not tarp and our entire house got covered in dust. They stayed well past midnight several nights causing us to loose sleep. They are not remorseful, do not apologize and actually seem angry at us for wanting a good product. How about cleaning the bathrooms once and awhile, for starters.
Service has decline greatly. Todays issue has caused me to shop at Lowes in the future..
The WORST warranty/repair/exchange policy I’ve ever encountered. I’ve shopped here for 2 decades. I will do so no longer.
Visited this location today and after filling up my cart with $100+ of merchandise, I walked out empty handed because NO ONE in the store would cut 5 keys for me. After speaking to 6 different associates and 2 managers we finally go someone to walk to the machine with us just to be lectured about the life of a retail worker. Lectured by the same man who sat at his desk for 20 minutes after I asked him for help. Customer service is not this locations priority and I will never come to this store again.
