I purchase TONS of wood from here often and have it cut to the sizes I need. Well today wasn't the first time I had a terrible experience with customer service there and their lack of knowledge when using a saw. I will take my business and money to Menards or Lowes from now on.
Thanks for leaving me on hold for over 10 minutes and then you were “closed” and never came back to the phone. Have had much better customer service through this pandemic crap at Lowe’s.
Employees greeting people at the front door denied my business 15 minutes before closing. Will not be coming back if they do not want my business.
Don’t go here unless you want to make a day of it, for some reason they only let so many people in at a time so you have to wait in a long line to get in. Doesn’t make any sense
RecommendedWent today during the covid outbreak to both HD and Lowe’s. HD had a staggered, spaced out line waiting to get in and only admitted a certain number of people. Also wiping every cart, seemed to be taking everything seriously. Lowe’s was way too crowded, no counts if people coming and going, no way to keep 6 ft distance. Out of sanitizer/wipes at the door. Good job, Home Depot! We appreciate it.
I have had multiple bad experiences at Home Depot. Just added another one to the list this morning. I will be permanently taking my business elsewhere.

follow through on their 5 day carpet guarantee and stop treating paying customers like garbage. Don;'t guarantee things if you cant actually guarantee them. You messed with the wrong customer. i will not let this go. Please resolve this issue . I am left high and dry now with a daughter getting ready to have surgery all the beds disassembled and heavy furniture moved. lost a days wages. This needs to be made right!!!!!
Soooo unhappy with this store. Ordered a white washer and dryer. Received one black and one white. Associate argued that I had ordered the wrong one. The store clerk placed the order! I was told that I would have a new one the following week. Nope. Not a peep. 3 weeks later now. So I tried to call and speak to someone today. After 2 separate times being on 15 minutes wait, I quit. No Home Depot, my call isn’t important to you. Won’t come back to this store.
