Overall, not bad. Took two orders to get what I needed as the first order was missing 30% of screws, bolts and plates. Helpful but could act a little more friendly in the customer service department and try not to act like you are being put when asked a question and definitely do not lie if you don’t know the answer as an employee told me they did not carry a part for my weed eater when I finally found what I needed after a little browsing.
After showing several Associates Home Depot online the price of the item I had in .They all refused to honor the price for the same product. Bad customer service. Expected more from this company. they said I can do site to store and pick it up at the store but they would not honor the price in store which makes absolutely no sense
