If i could give a 0 starz i would .. they suck at service had me walking all around the store trying find some that will help.. nd all them told me it wasn’t their department.. untill i hot frustrated started raising ny voice when they wanted to knowledge i was asking for help. we spent $2000 and they act like they couldn’t assist us on shit even to try load 8 heavy windows into the truck.. and at the the person they found to load didnt even know what he was doing and hoing ask me how do i put the windows so they dont break ... read more
Never once was I acknowledged by any of the workers. And when I asked for help I was rushed and seemed like a burden to the man that helped.

Went in today to get a key made. When I went to check out I witnessed the cashier be disrespectful to an older veteran trying to show his veteran status on his DL and his discharge papers ALL to get 10% discount. The gal told him those were NOT acceptable. SHAMEFUL!!!! These men and woman should not have to jump through your stupid rules when the government accepts it on their license then so should you!
The people here are very friendly and always ready to give a helping hand. Very nice store!
Do not buy extended warranty from home ydepot it's a rip off they send out the sorry tech's they have all bad rating I will never buy appliances from them ever our refrigerator has not worked properly since April
