We had a great customer experience today with Fred, Jeff and Emerald. Fred worked with us to order new doors and Jeff helped us with carpet and scheduling someone to come out and measure to get everything started. The camaraderie between Jeff and Emerald is so fun. Thanks for brightening our day!
I went into Home Depot in Waco, TX with a picture and hoping someone would help me build a pool float for my daughter. She has been diagnosed with spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy and dystonia. The Home Depot employees named Jerry and Ray built the float and attached pool noodles around the PVC piping. We took it home and it works great! My daughter was able to play independently with her twin sister and brother in the pool. Flotation devices for special needs children are very expensive, so I am forever grateful to Home ... read more
