RecommendedCurbside pickup was so easy...I just needed one item and i didn’t have time to walk around looking for It..
We ordered a washing machine last week. We came to the curbside pick up today to get it. It took one hour and 3 minutes for them to bring it out to us. Ridiculous!!

25 minutes sitting at curbside. Late back to work. You guys sent me a message saying my order was ready. Would you please have a designated runner for curbside? I didn't ask to use it, your instructions said to use it. It would've been much faster for me to run into the store. 25 minutes is pathetic.
Worst store ever...which I already knew...but I gave it a try for the first time in 6 years and...still sucks. Save yourself the trouble and go to Lowe's or Westview Nursery for your landscaping needs.
Y’all missed out on a $400 order today because your obviously new cashier didn’t know, or care about asking about how to to place an order using an item number rather than having it in my cart in front of her
i am writing this review for my mom. Their customer service sucks! We ordered nee kitchen counter, sink, faucet, and lots more. They came out with samples and showed and sold on what we would be getting. Tbey came out and measured and that was the last we heard from them. Called the Home Depot store here in Waco, Texas and all they did was give me the run arpond with no answers. I swrar they were incompetent people. So please take my advice and dont do business with them......Horrible experience!
