How is it possible that you have 3 rental trucks that all have expired tags ??? Really??? Well , Thx to the guy in the rental dept who called a different store and they saved a truck with a valid tag. Ps, we spent $590.00 at that store.
I have been using this store for 8 years, since I bought my house. I have been Here 100's of times and I have never had a bad experience, everyone has always been helpful to me. Great job guys
Extremely disappointed. I scheduled 3 appointments for my cabinet refacing and guess what...nobody showed up !!! for real. After 2 mistakes I gave one more shot since local designer covering Coconut Creek area called me personally stating that she will take a look at my kitchen and assist me with any issues. Unfortunately she did not show up and did not even bothered to call...wow what a service. I would never expect it from Home Depot. I usually shop here all the time, but today there was an extreme level of incompetence and I will be going to West Boca from now on. I waited for over 20 minutes for someone to help me load soil into my car and nothing! I asked three times. Finally my 10yr old and I had to get it done...by the way, I'm awaiting a hip replacement and should not be doing this kind of stuff.
Just activated a Home Depot credit card to take advantage of a sale expiring today. When I tried to make the purchase online the card was rejected as not valid. Called Customer service number on the card, THEY WERE NO HELP!!!!!!! Wanted to buy a patio set, now I will have to go to Lowe's to get a reasonable price. I still won't get the financing but I know I won't have to worry about dealing with Home Depot again.
Two years ago we bought 2 chaise lounges and a side table for outside on our patio. They were made by GRAND BANK. They rusted so badly that the legs fell off, and I called Home Depot to complain. I was told Home Depot only warranties items for 90 days and they gave me the manufacturer's number. I called them and was told they are no longer under the warranty. Outdoor furniture should not rust, and we are now out 2 lounges and a side table. Does anyone stand behind their products any longer?????
