@HomeDepot as a whole is incompetent and lacks customer service big time. They sold me online a refrigerator with option for Ice maker install and water line install and didnt include the actual ice maker. So after 2 days of not being able to speak with a manager or anyone competent, they gave me a credit for the installation and then told me to order the icemaker separately but the installation would no longer be available. Get your web/IT guy to add the product you are selling installation for. Ridiculous. Will NEVER order... read more
This is our 3rd experience with the rental/repair center. It's by far some of the worst service we've ever had. When you aren't encountering a guy eating cheetos while helping customers, the others can't tell you information about your repair. From the best we can understand from the two men who barely tried to help us this evening, after more than 3 weeks with our lawnmower we paid 55 for an oil change?!? The men tonight called for a manager several times during our 55min wait, NO MANAGER EVER SHOWED UP!! This store is poor... read more
Coffee could be better. Best coffee at a Home Depot goes to Columbus Georgia. And I've been all over country in Home Depots. I am Complete Construction and Renovations.
