The best store I ever shop I love Home Depot. Great customer service
Went to get a power cord for new dryer and was told by the electrical experts that the cord wouldn’t work and that i needed an electrician to come change my outlet on the wall and make sure it was grounded. Bought the new cord after talking with a relative and installed it on the dryer quickly and it works great. Had i listened to the staff in the electrical department it would’ve been so much more complex and caused me a ton of frustration. Customer service sucks. Just needed help in plumbing. After what seemed like ages a lady finally stopped. She went to get help and didn't return. No one answered page.
Don't ever order flooring from home Depot. Big mistake, six weeks later after sending us faulty product twice, we now have to go down and start the process all over again.
More attention to the costumer. More variety on garden.
We were in line for plywood and it was very orderly even during an emergency. Staff for professional check out time was quick.
Customer service was weak. I waited around for 30 minutes before anyone in orange would help me. I tried to ask an employee for help and their response was that's not my department. So I made a Facebook post about it and all my friends said I should go a crossed the street to Lowe's. Lowe's has always taken care of me from the start.
