I was very disappointed with the location in Panama city a few days ago. a few weeks ago I purchase a few items. I live in LA but I purchase and scheduled a pick up in Panama city to ship internationally. I ordered an item online to be delivered to my home. It was a $320 product that I purchased for my husband’s birthday. Had a simple time dispute on a lift that I had rented. Ordered set of Kitchen Cabinets on OCT 1st. These are supposed to be delivered tomorrow (Nov 19) Now, they say they don't have all of them, only 5 cabinets. We spent 4 HOURS in store ordering them. I placed an order yesterday and received a email saying it was delivered. I was outside and it wasn't delivered. I called customer service and they said the email might have been sent accidently and to give more time. This morning and still no delivery. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They picked up my return snow plow on 10/31…it’s 11/15 and I still haven’t been refunded. I called Renee, the poughkeepsie store manager, last week and still didn’t get a call back so I called her today. She told me they will refund the money as a check, but she does not know where it was sent, only that it will arrive in about a week. GO TO ANY LOCATION BUT THIS ONE. They are terrible and could care less about their customers.
