They put profit over employees and customers safety. Both the governor of Illinois and the mayor of mundelein mandated wearing a face mask during the Covid pandemic by all citizens in public places where social distancing cant be avoided. this store has chose to not comply, putting thier store employees and customers who are wearing masks at risk. I'm very disappointed in this store manager and Home Depot as a whole as I'm quite sure this is the norm for Home Depot.
Worst experience ever. Used to shop at Home Depot weekly and will never return! We ordered a shed and wood and both were damaged the wood was molded and we called 6 times and waited on hold for hours until we finally got a response that they would come pick it up. And now they finally come and say they won’t take it away and didn’t come prepared with the equipment to haul it away. It has been sitting in our garage for over a month now! I was racially profiled by an employee harassing me like a thief about an item I bought that was rung up by an employee with the receipt and item in my hand. This old lady thought I was a thief! Screaming at me to show her my receipt and embarrassing me in front of the customers!

My kids kept saying how nice you were and how they liked you. This Home Depot is further from our home but we will be going here going forward bc of its friendly service (thanks Marilyn again!).

Hey guys! Don’t buy a grill from the Mundelein HD! They’ll turn around and sell it to someone else between the time you pay for it and the time you pick it up!!!!!
Service from the girl in flooring was outstanding. All the people I dealt with were friendly and very helpful, especially the young lady in the carpet area.
Rented a truck here for the first time, and the employees were efficient and informative.
