Beyond disappointed in your customer service. I went to paint this morning and there were clumps in my paint. When going to your store I was told that I can not have a refund. I do NOT want a refund I simply want to exchange it for exact same thing. (I bought paint in October it's 2 months old)Your employee JUDY says we are not allowed to refund you or exchange it's MY FAULT that the paint is bad. So now I'm out of $130 and no paint. You have lost a very valuable customer, I WILL NEVER SHOP AT HOME DEPOT AGAIN.

Just got home from picking out a new front door, and the employee who helped us (James P) was by far the best employee I've ever met anywhere. I recommend him personally for just about any home improvement questions.
Everyone in this company, from the delivery service contractors to the store managers to the "business partners" and the customer escalation department is absolutely terrible. Save yourself the trouble and go to Lowe's. I know I will be from here forward.
