3 calls and 1 visit to store and still can not get the refund due to me. Even received email saying item was canceled and refund would be coming. That was May 12 and this is June 26. Guess I will start shopping Lowe’s and see if customer service is any better.
I usually have a good experience at the store. I did not today. I came to get my propane tank exchanged for a full tank. Upon entering the store the people at the return desk told me to leave my tank outside by the tank storage. Instructed me to pay for swapping out of the tanks which I did. The cashier told me someone would meet me to swap out the tanks. Moments later the same cashier came over to tell me that they were out of stock. The MAJORITY of your employees attitudes suck and so does their customer service. Have to start giving my money to a different store considering this happens every time we go here. 👎🏼
North Frederick Home Depot staff has always been helpful. Prefer it over Rte 85 Home Depot any day.
I have been waiting for a worker to get a forklift and move something for me so I can get something else. Because they aren’t keeping stock on the shelf’s. So if your in a rush or work for a living don’t come here.

No Vets discount unless you have the VA medical card or retiree ID. Most vets have neither. I let them see my DD-214, what’s that I was asked....That’s not on the list Lost customer ba-bye I’ll go to Lowe’s, they’ve made it easy
