I was provided the WRONG type of paint to apply to my concrete garage floor, and now I cannot use my garage because the paint is peeling off under the weight of what touches it. Can’t park my car. The kids workshop is great but if you reserve a spot online for your child then you shouldn't have a smart mouth employee who runs the program making a comment that I'm lucky my son got a kit to make when we came in at 10:30 and not right at 9am even though it runs between 9 and 12pm. Jan was very rude and made some comment how she doesn't even know how to use the internet, guess what that's her personal issue, not mine or my sons.
If you ever think about using Home Depot to redo your kitchen... think again. Chances are they won't say sorry for not ordering all your custom cabinets (one is missing)They can't even do the decency of calling me and letting me know when the order will be shipped or anything about the order. The representative was rude, didn't know his products and brushed us off. I remember working there and customers were walked and helped to the right person and never treated like that. Lowes on the other hand got my business for the building of a new fireplace.
