Horrible customer service - but this should be no surprise. My wife is there IN PERSON to try to spend money at YOUR STORE, yet when she asks for help she's told go home and check online? Just close your frigging doors for good so no one has to waste time going there.
We closed our acct at Home Depot for poor customer service years ago. Yesterday we were desperate for a particular item that we couldn't find so we went to the Hutto location. It was a quick reminder of why we no longer give our money to Home Depot. It took 20 minutes to find someone to help us and then they acted like we were ruining their day. Get staff. Love the atmosphere that this location gives, always brightness up my day , services desk has outstanding service blew my mind on how much Lindsey was multi tasking first customers in line then phone and so on and continued it..without breaking a sweat , this young lady definitely deserves a raise ...
