Good toilet paper. Clean restrooms and friendly staff.
Every time I have gone in I can’t find anyone to help me. I ask someone to call for assistance and it takes twenty minutes for anyone to show up IF they show up. Twice I have gone across the street to Lowe’s and received help within a few minutes and spent my money there (and saved money!).This location needs to hire a few more people. They are sacrificing customer satisfaction for profits. However, unhappy customers means less profit.

The employees are rude. Multiple instances during different visits.
Worst. Customer service. Ever. Didn’t get help finding what I needed and then waited for over 20 minutes to get something cut while being told, “Let me go get someone,” at least 5 times.
