I am DONE with Home Depot in Hutto! I tried to call and ask about a deep freezer. The people in "Customer Service" were curt and frustrated as noone in Appliances would ever pick up. I then went in to the store and tried to find someone... anyone in Appliances to help me and could not find a person! Home Depot just lost my business. I wanted to buy a dishwasher that is on sale. The Hutto store doesn't have any available. So, I looked at the site for the Pflugerville Home Depot. According to the internet, I could order it from there. But, when I called them. I was told that it had to be set up for delivery in their area. I told him that I could pick it up at the store in my truck. He said no, that is not allowed. WHAT? So, I have now applied for and been approved for a card for Lowe's. Waited in line 40 minutes in the heat to get in. No one was social distancing. self service check out only.
Excellent store. Excellent customer service. The size of the store allows the staff to spend time with you and truly assist you with a project. Very fond of Home Garden.
I waited at the paint counter for 10 minutes waiting for help. Another customer walked up and was immediately greeted and helped as I still stood at the counter. She never acknowledged that I was standing there. I will not be back, customer service needs work
I was humiliated when my husband asked for his veteran discount and the lady said "no we can not use your driver license". It clearly has "veteran" listed on it. The state accepts this but Home Depot does not. Someone who signed a blank check to go to the military gets treated like crap. Then the cashier proceeds to yell at another employee not to accept "his" discount. How rude and unacceptable for someone who served our country.
