Online order has been delayed multiple times in transit. Called customer service and they kept saying it was on its way but tracking never updated. Now being told it is showing at store but no one can find it. So they are reordering it but cant expedite it. Amazon has the same item but more expensive but would have been here in 2 days with my prime. Learned my lesson pay a few dollars more for better customer service and faster delivery. I stood in the windows/doors section for 15 minutes without seeing a HD employee. When I saw on I asked him if he could kindly find someone who worked in the section for me. His reply was "someone will be around in a while". Nobody came. I found another employee and I think he called somebody but again, nobody came. I went to the front of the store after about twenty minutes and spoke to a manager. They were able to help me completely in about 5 minutes. In short, management was great, other employees not so great.
Home Depot just saved me $2,800 on new appliances! Love this place. We got help instantly and was a great shopping experience.
This is a great store. I shop there every weekend. Always get help when I ask for it. I am not happy about a recent purchase though. I discovered today that the 5 packs of cannas I bought, only had 3 good ones in both packs. I know they'll make it right though and I thank them for it. That's why we always shop there.
