Just purchased a Bell Nursery Aster from the Home Depot for my fall butterflies
They are not customer friendly
Worst experience Text number for curbside pickup wait 30 minutes with no one else waiting. I then called the store twice and was hung up on after waiting for the next available associate. I then unloaded my toddler and went inside to the online pick up area where I stood for about 8 minutes while then you g man rolled his eyes and ignored me standing there talking to another associate. We spent over $10,000 on a small kitchen update with Home Depot and over $8,000 in new appliances. They did not install a bracket to connect the new granite countertop to the dishwasher when they put the countertop in. When they arrived with the dishwasher they refused to remove the old one and install the new one. I called last night and after an hour waiting they said they would call me back that night. No call. the store doesn't have enough carts, I had to drag timber out of the store because all the heavy duty carts were full of takeout orders. please help us the small Contractors by providing more carts
I asked the guy in Tools if they sold a flaring tool and, rather than saying he was helping another customer and would be with me as soon as he could, he told me he didn't know and was too busy to look. The guy in the Tools department at Lowes was super helpful. Guess who gets my business going forward.
The employees are courteous and helpful. They usually have what I'm looking for. But I tried to order mulch online, but it said to call because of limited availability. I get there they had plenty. I bought 12 went to get it loaded and waited 15 minutes before I gave up and loaded it into the SUV myself because it looked like rain. A man pulled up I told him he may have to pull his own, and then here comes an employee to assist him. I understand it's a hectic time, but please have folks around to help load mulch, it's heavy.
