I made a bird house here when I was like 10 years old. they also sell Arnold palmer iced tea.....the big cans.
Went in to get prices for our bathroom fixtures, only to find isle 31 closed. One HD employeesaw me standing there and didn’t even acknowledge that i was there. Stood there for about 5 minutes with no word from him. I left upset, needless to say I probably won’t be shopping there in the future. Employees at LOWE’S are way more friendly and acknowleable..
Spent an hour in the flooring dept of the Kannapolis NC store waiting to get some help with hardwood. When the employee finally came he waited on 2 customers that came after us. Standing there with cash in hand for flooring and rugs! Very disappointed in the lack of customers care. I'll take money and time somewhere else. Very poor service.
Stopped in kannapolis home depot to find a few things for my home. Every employee I passed by spoke to me and made me feel welcomed. Also Rob Garcia in kitchen area did an awesome job helping us out very nice. Great experience will be back
Super customer service! Went above and way beyond normal expectations! Going to send a letter to corporate, commending the employees who went out of their way to help my family. Not enough stars to honestly and fairly rate the Kannapolis NC location.
Couldn't believe just because a washer was "on sale", that they wouldn't honor my fathers military discount! Even after the man that rang up the purchase said he got it, come to find out, no, because it was already on sale.Wow, you would of thought he got $100off or something. .....What a bunch of disrespectful cheapskates!
